In our custom built powder application building, we apply the powder electrostatically to the surface of the metal item. The item is then transferred to our curing oven to be baked.
The number of baking cycles depends on how many layers of powder the job requires. Most items require a primer and a base coat – the base being the chosen colour and final layer. We can advise you on the different processes available to achieve the finish and protection required.
